Mubasher: The Financial Corporation Company (FINCORP) expressed its interest in acquiring Global Financial Securities Company, a subsidiary to Global Financial Investment company.

According to a bourse filing, the topic will be presented to the board of directors in the next meeting and we will disclose any new related developments.
